All orders can be place on; orders made via telephone will not be processed until payment is received.

After receiving tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs.

Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot to be altered once payment is complete.Processing takes up to 7- 10 business days, with an additional 2-5 days for shipping. Express shipping is sent out with next day delivery via USPS. Priority shipping takes 2-5 days with USPS.

After your transaction, your payment information will not be kept on file.

All orders are running on a 7-10 business day processing/production time. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).

Once your order is ready you will receive email notification that it has been shipped.Once shipped, please allow 1-5 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders).

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow enough time for delivery as well as unplanned delays.

If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.

Due to sanitary reasons all HAIR SALES are FINAL. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped. We will offer store credit only.
