All orders are running on a 7-10 business day processing/production time. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
After receiving tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs.
Once your order is ready you will receive email notification that it has been shipped. Once shipped, please allow 1-5 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders).
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow enough time for delivery as well as unplanned delays.
If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. .
